"this was a long time coming and i still struggle to put it to words. there are misguided and destructive aspects of the anarchist communities i have been a part of that have affected me very deeply and i can no longer call it my own. since i was 14, i have been deeply a part of this, and it's hard to let go. but i'm done. i'm not done giving a shit. i'm not done caring. i just realise that for me personally, this has become unhealthy and i need to get out and focus on the work and projects that are important to me, my friends and my local community. it's not about giving up. it's about trying to build something better."
